This afternoon Waterfront Toronto is expected to release Google/Sidewalk Lab’s 1,500 page “Master Innovation and Development Plan” for Toronto’s Port Lands. Are you concerned about the way this plan has been developed and what it means for the future of Toronto? #BlockSidewalk is planning a free community workshop on July 3, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm to help understand the plan and decide what can be done about it. Hear an initial take on the Master Plan from subject matter experts, have a chance to discuss your concerns and find out how to get involved, both in formal consultations and community campaigns.
