On a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being high, or strongly agree), the respondents rated: “My neighbourhood is being/has been gentrified” as 4.4, “I have helped to gentrify my neighbourhood” as 3.5, and “I have been adversely impacted by gentrification” as 3.0.
