Why is now the right time for you to participate in this fellowship? For example, when thinking about the power of artistic, creative, and cultural expression as a catalyst for social change and care:

How do you hope to be changed or challenged by this fellowship? For example, when thinking about your experiences or future desires as a creative caregiver and/or changemaker:
Share two examples of your creative work and practices with a maximum of 5 minutes total viewing time, including:
1) Overall sample that illustrates your creative practice overall; and,2) Issue-related sample that illustrates your interests in, or creative experience with, imagined alternatives to real and/or future social issues.
For each sample, provide a portfolio of 5 to 10 images, a 2-minute video or audio recording, 1 to 2 pages of written text, etc. Provide a hyperlink to each sample and also tell us the password if there is one.
