This Spring, we are seeking eight creative individuals to join our inaugural Access Circle (job posting), a paid advisory group of Deaf and Disabled creatives from across Canada. Members will help guide implementation of our Wellsprings Care Plan 2033, with a focus on strengthening the intersections between accessibility, disability, digital, and economic justice in Canadian arts and culture.
This work centers Deaf and Disabled leadership and asks thoughtful questions about access to care, technology, mutual aid, and how to strengthen access without burnout or competition with existing community supports.
