Where do leaders come from? Our founder first set out on the path of an artist 30 yrs ago. Since then, she has traversed many territories in a career that would have surprised her young creator self, and yet have all proven essential fodder for leading the evolution ArtsPond. A map of her journey created for Toronto Arts Council Leaders Lab at the Banff Centre has helped us realize just how much sense there is in her circuitous journey.
